We are seeking an experienced and motivated pizza restaurant manager to join our team at Lilly’s Pizza. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management. As a pizza restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and scheduling, customer service, and financial management.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff members, including pizza cooks, cashiers, and servers.
• Ensure that all staff members follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain proper levels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues as needed.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial goals, including revenue targets and cost control measures.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating prices and managing deliveries.
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not required: bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, experience in pizza restaurants a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
