Full Time/Part Time  |  All Shifts

We are looking for experienced and passionate pizza makers to join our team at Lilly’s Pizza. Ideal candidates must be passionate about learning the techniques to create delicious and unique pizzas and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Perks

• Pay starts at $12/hour plus tips, but is commensurate with experience
• Employees receive up to a 50% discount on food items
• Lilly’s branded apparel, including a cap, two shirts, and an apron are provided

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza toppings and sauces based on the restaurant’s recipes and guidelines
• Ensure that all ingredients are stored and prepared in accordance with food safety standards
• Create pizzas by spreading sauce, adding toppings, and placing them in the oven
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Assist with inventory management
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with the team
• Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements
• Assist us in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and take orders as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with making pizza in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Lilly’s is a “local place”  so local students and residents are always preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and during our restaurant’s other busy hours
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
